Cauliflower Ice Creams

Ingredients:

  • 7 oz (200 g) frozen cauliflower
  • 1-2 scoops (15 -30g ) vanilla grass-fed beef protein OR half of banana
  • 3.5 oz (100 g) frozen mango or berries
  • a little bit of coconut water for easier blending
  • coconut sugar or other sugar substitutes

Directions:

  • Rinse frozen cauliflower with water
  • Start blending cauliflower then add everything else to a blender or mixer and start blending, you can add a bit of coconut water for easier blending. Voila! If you’d like you can sprinkle it with coconut flakes, top with fresh fruits or add cocoa nibs.
