- 7 oz (200 g) frozen cauliflower
- 1-2 scoops (15 -30g ) vanilla grass-fed beef protein OR half of banana
- 3.5 oz (100 g) frozen mango or berries
- a little bit of coconut water for easier blending
- coconut sugar or other sugar substitutes
- Rinse frozen cauliflower with water
- Start blending cauliflower then add everything else to a blender or mixer and start blending, you can add a bit of coconut water for easier blending. Voila! If you’d like you can sprinkle it with coconut flakes, top with fresh fruits or add cocoa nibs.
