Who likes chocolate cake?🙋🍫
Here’s the very easy recipe to follow and of course gluten-free!
- 1/2 cup of coconut sugar
- 100g rice flour
- 4 eggs
- 50 g raw cocoa
- 1 teaspoon of gluten-free baking powder
- Preheat oven to 175C (350 F). Grease the cake pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Whip the eggs with sugar
- Stir all dry ingredients in different bowl then add to your eggs mixture and mix
- Pour the dough into the pan and bake for around 30-35 minutes or until the toothpick is dry.
