Blueberry breakfast quinoa 😋💗
- 1/3 cup of quinoa
- 1/3 cup of water
- 1/3 cup of coconut milk from can
- 1 cup of blueberries
- pinch of salt
- ground nutmeg
- coconut sugar
- Place quinoa, milk, water in a saucepan, add pinch of salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, stir.
- Bring it to boil.
- When the water is boiling reduce heat to low and simmer until water and milk has been absorbed.
- In the bowl add the blueberries, coat with 1/2 of quinoa, coat lightly with sugar. Add blueberries again and then rest of the quinoa and coat with sugar again. Add crushed walnuts on top
