Turmeric Smoothie

Turmeric cocktail/smoothie ☀️

Ingredients:

  • 2 small ripped bananas
  • 1 tablespoon of turmeric
  • 100 ml of canned coconut milk
  • 1 pitted date
  • bottled water

Directions:

  • Mix turmeric with water until smooth consistency.
  • Add to blender bananas, date, coconut milk and mixed turmeric with water. Blend together. Voila!
