Fluffy omelette 🍓💗
- 4 eggs
- pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon of gluten free baking powder
- Separate eggs. Whip egg whites with pinch of salt until stiff.
- Add spoon of egg yolk and mix gently, keep adding egg yolk with spoon while mixing every time you add one.
- Stir the baking powder into the mixture.
- Heat oil into the frying pan and when it’s hot add your mixture.
You can serve the omelette with fruits, coconut cream, chocolate or make it savory by adding dairy free cheese, onion etc.
