•1/4 cup of chia seeds
• 1 cup of coconut milk
In a small bowl or glass mason jar mix chia seeds with coconut milk. Put a lid on it and stick it in your fridge overnight.
At the morning remove it from the fridge. Top with toppings of your choice. My choice was this time: blueberries, strawberries, peaches, coconut flakes and walnuts.
